Promoting emotional wellbeing across practice to get the best for your families and your team. This One-Day Advanced Training, Reflective Supervision, extends the Foundation training to apply the Solihull Approach model to the workplace with a focus on supervision. 

The Solihull Approach supports positive working cultures that promote psychological safety and create spaces for practitioners to reflect in order to manage complex and challenging cases effectively. 

Reflective supervision puts the principles of the Solihull Approach (containment, reciprocity and behaviour) into practice for practitioners within teams. It aims to:
