Upon using Solihull Approach’s technical solution to managing and completing administrative tasks relating to the courses you are providing to your delegates, you acknowledge that relevant information is being shared with the parties to facilitate the smooth running of the Courses.
If you are booking your delegates onto the Courses, you have expressed permission to do so.
If your delegates are booking themselves onto the Courses, then they are first submitting their data to Solihull Approach (as covered by these terms of this privacy notice) and then we are sharing that information with you, as the Course Sponsor/Organiser/Promoter.
Either which way your delegates book onto the Courses, we acknowledge that their information is being submitted to Solihull Approach (University Hospital Birmingham NHS Trust) to manage the Courses on your behalf.
To you, as the Course Sponsor/Organiser/Promoter to assist with record keeping and administrative and promotion duties, and to any related third party (including but not limited to your Tutors (if you are providing them), our Tutors (if we are providing them) and related and relevant administrative support staff that all have relevant login to the system, with access defined by their Role.
You should ensure that you are happy that your delegates understand where their data is going and how it is being used, and, if you wish, refer them to this privacy notice if they are booking themselves onto the courses.
We intend to maintain communication with delegates via email following the completion of our training Courses, providing relevant updates and information related to the Solihull Approach. The option to unsubscribe from our mailing list is given to every delegate at the bottom of any email we send. Delegate email addresses will not be shared with third parties.
Solihull Approach Parenting (University Hospital Birmingham NHS Trust), as the Data Controller, subscribe to an online system to manage all their aspects of face-to-face, online and product sales supplied by Action Starter Limited, and through the Terms of subscription, assigns Action Starter as the Data Processor.
As a UK-based company with data stored in the UK, Action Starter are responsible for only providing the technology solutions needed and has no permission to do anything with the data we hold on your behalf and on behalf of the ultimate Data Subject (the delegate).
